There is a link to Worldcat at the top of the Primo home page.

Also, some Worldcat search results are integrated into a Primo search when you select "Include Non-Full Text Sources":

This function is only available from the search results page; in other words, you have to do a search before you can use it. 

You can then request books via Interlibrary Loan.  

However, not everything from Worldcat will appear in this search, so for full coverage you should still visit the Worldcat database.
