Turnaround time for articles is around 48 hours at most. Articles will sometimes arrive the same day the request is made - if the request is made early in the day - or overnight. Many libraries are more lightly staffed on weekends and holidays, so turnaround might be a bit slower.

You will receive an e-mail from ILLIAD, with a link to click on. Once articles arrive, they are stored in your ILLIAD account for thirty days. You may then print or download them to your own computer or device. However, the link to the article will disappear from the ILLIAD web site after the thirty days due to copyright restrictions.

During the Fall & Spring semesters, our Information Desk is staffed during the following hours:

Monday-Thursday:  7:30 am - Midnight

Friday: 7:30 am - 8 pm

Saturday:  10 am - 8 pm

Sunday: 10 am - Midnight
