Turnaround time for articles is around 48 hours at most. Articles will sometimes arrive the same day the request is made - if the request is made early in the day - or overnight. Many libraries are more lightly staffed on weekends and holidays, so turnaround might be a bit slower.
You will receive an e-mail from ILLIAD, with a link to click on. Once articles arrive, they are stored in your ILLIAD account for thirty days. You may then print or download them to your own computer or device. However, the link to the article will disappear from the ILLIAD web site after the thirty days due to copyright restrictions.
Any questions? Visit the Interlibrary Loan office located on the library's main floor around the corner from the Information Desk, staffed week days. You can also contact them at 585-389-5011 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Reference librarians will be online and available to answer text and email questions during the following hours:
We are also on LibChat as much as possible during these hours. If you see a purple Ask button above, that means you can talk to us in real time.
