Your professor can request that the library place assigned readings "on reserve".
Please note that your professor must make a request that the library place required readings on reserve. The library does not automatically stock required textbooks or other course materials.
You can search the Course Reserves by clicking on the link on the library homepage.
Search by Instructor last name - for example - Wiltse
or by Course Number - for example - ENGL 135
If a course has more than one section or more than one instructor, find and click on the link for your section.
If the reading you want displays the message ELECTRONIC COPY AVAILABLE, you can print it online. Click on the title of the reading. You will be prompted for your last name (lower case) and your library barcode number.
Copies of books and media items on reserve are housed at Circulation on the Main Level. Ask for these items at the Circulation Desk.
Most reserve books and media items are restricted to in-library use only. However, free scanning is available on the Lower Level, using the photocopy machines near the stairs.
